We offer free shipping for all your orders and returns. Our products will arrive to you via Fedex or DHL. Your returns also will be collected by Fedex or DHL after receiving your return request and this process will be guided to you subsequent your return request.

All orders are processed within 4 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Therefore you can track your package.

We are in Istanbul, Turkey and your garments will be produced in our atelier by our talented team upon your order. When it is completed, your package will be sent from Istanbul to your country. Therefore the arrival time changes due to the distance between Istanbul and your destination.
